Our story

The business activity of our family in the bakery and patisserie sector began in 1963, 59 years before our grandfather Konstantinos established the first bakery store in a workers’ district area. Αs we operated the first and sole bakery of the area, we faced many challenges to establish our business activity. We managed to overcome all difficulties, however, and build trust in our relationship with clients. In comparison with our current services, the variety of our products was much smaller back then, with the only available products being the Thessaloniki Koulouri and various kinds of bread, albeit of excellent quality. The bakery ownership changed for the first time in 1996, with our parents taking the lead. In 2001, ourselves, the third generation, took ownership, making decisive changes with the ultimate aim of satisfying and providing high quality products to our clients. In 2021 we made a major renovation of our workshop, to modernize our bakery and provide to our clients products of excellent quality.

Our Goals

One of our biggest goals and challenges is to preserve the connection of our past and present, of our tradition and modernisation, of all those things that make us unique.
